Montana Love Vs Teah
Meh. Heavyweights only here. March will be a good month.
Who's fighting in March..?
Flip over to channel 901(Telus) the referee looks old and disinterested as hell. lol..
Wilder and Joshua both have fights in March.
An old fight is on right now from October last year. Andrade vs Alantez Fox.
This fight is hilarious..
Wilder Ortiz. What a fight.
I just found a replay feed and watched the fight.
Wow.
Ortiz could have had it. I felt he should have kept on working the the jab, being more compact and working the anti clockwise on Wilder.
Wilder had fast upper speed, fast upper movement and that power punch. But his noodle legs and legwork were his weak point in my opinion. Ortiz should have exploited that.
I don't think Wilder won it, Ortiz lost it.
LOL... true. His reach is pretty insane.
Wilders fighting style seems very similar to Naseem Hamed.
Hamed was unbeatable, his leg stance also looks the same. Watch how Barrera works going clockwise and observe Hameds footwork.

Wilder is no where near the foot work of Hamed. Hamed had great mobility and foot work where there none with Wilder. Double edge sword with the movement of Ortiz, if he keeps his lead foot on the outside of Wilder (which means he had to circle left) he walks into his right hand but at the same time sets up his power hand to land. Great fight though, Ortiz has skills
This. Aside from records and maybe punching power, they're not really too similar. The Barrera fight is kind of a cherry picked fight where he was matched with a much more technical opponent, so yea, in this fight you can say he looks kinda like Wilder, mostly in desperation. Hamed was one of the few non heavyweights that I followed, was a huge fan.
Joshua.
Feels like Wilder Joshua will never happen. I just want to see another undisputed champ, but Joshua keeps ducking and now this lol.
Oh crap I missed this.
I was just watching the highlights and I found the replay online.
Holy shit, Joshua got beat by a cheeseburger. Think about it. Flying all the way to the USA. Fighting a fat American and loosing. He's not gona live that down.
Joshua... wtf was his game plan? He just looked like he was just brawling after going to the local kebab shop after a night out in Watford.
Ruiz jogging around the ring after the knockdown and jumping after the win. That dude defied the laws of physics. Mega props, he can punch.

After the 3rd round Joshua was confused as to what happened. His corner had to remind him he was knocked down.
Ruiz Jr. is Mexican. He's not American. Also, its the fight in the dog, not the dog in the fight. I've met many a cheezeburgers that have taught the roided self loving dumbasses a thing or three about reality. Teddy Atlas video brings a lot of perspective to this, correctly predicting the fight.

The reactions at my house last night went from "ooooooh...to OHHHHHHHH!!" real quick. Definitely thought Ruiz was going to punch himself out but he stood the test. Joshua had no idea what was going on.
Wilder Ortiz 2 tonight. Who’s watching?
