I tried to do a set on my Dodge Ram last year. After getting the housings separated I gave up and sent them out to be done.

Evolution Motorsports in sylvan Lake (https://evomotorsports.ca/) did the painting, wiring and install. Very good guy to deal with. Extremely happy with how they turned out.
I'm pretty sure @CivicDXR does things of this nature. I may be out to lunch though.
