I recommend you do a boost leak test before proceeding any further. There's probably a hole or crack in a hose that you just can't see. :dunno:

For your 2G, the stock BOV starts leaking at 12 PSI. So that's about your max boost there.
Safe PSI on the T25 is 15 PSI. But until you change that BOV out, there's no point running anything...
