I had a similar problem with my swap. I got a new coil and igniter for the distributor. I think it was the coil that got it running right... it was a long time ago so I'm not 100% sure. Should be one...

I haven't heard of any mount kits out yet for 2G tegs. If you want to be the first a shop can make mounts for you and you can get wiring done by Hasport(Hasport.com)

Take it easy for the first little while but there shouldn't be much break-in needed. Doesn't sound like yo hit the rev limiter so it shouldn't be a problem...
