the passenger side window of my car is very slow at going up and down..what's wrong? is it the motor?

the cd player attachment doesn't play much burnt cd's
so i'd rather just connect the tape deck attachment and use my portable cd player

or a oem 1999-2000 civic cd deck would be fine as well as...
