spent a couple hours on the weekend fixing the dryer. The tensioner pully was almost seized so we squeaking a lot. Pulled the dryer apart and replaced that and the rollers.
Agreed about the UDM pro. I recently upgraded my internet to Gigabit and rebuilt my home computer. Had to rebuild my network as a result. If you turn on the security settings in the USG it limits...
That's looking awesome.
Carriage House is decent. Went to the Zoo for Easter and it was pretty good as well.
I use one of those. It works well, just don't set it too low or leave the mower sitting in one place for too long. I'll usually mow with the dethatching blade then switch blades and go over it again...
I used Bestech a few years ago to repair a Rotel receiver that wasn't working.
Another against Samsung, appliances are 7 years old:
Dryer - had the heating element replaced, the wheels squeak now so I have to take it apart and replace those.
Dishwasher - leaks from the...
Last time I was in Disneyland was just before everything shot down for COVID. I was in LA for work for a couple weeks so went over a weekend. I've always done a 3 day park hopper pass. 1 day in...
Time to join in the fun. Had a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Didn't show up. I opened a claim with UPS and have to contact the seller today. I have a doorbell cam so can show...
With a basic .dwg AutoCAD can extract line lengths and hatch areas. You could then export those to an excel file. It'll still take a bit of work to set everything up though.
I hope they get a good price. They can finish all my projects for me.
Lol, I wondered who all those people outside the house were.
^^ +1. I also think the same rule applies to promises. I never promise anything to my daughter that I can't or won't follow through on.
I'm slowly gathering all the pieces to build a PC and need advice on a graphics card. For the main pieces so far I have

The race commentary is from Sky but they use their own F1TV stuff for all the pre and post race programming.
Can you still get a test up here before you go down and use it to get back in the country? You could do that with the PCR test, i'm not sure about the antigen test.
Ticketmaster has the stage and seating layout posted for concerts.
Anyone been to Panorama recently, what are the conditions like? I'm headed there this weekend.
I lurked for a little while and joined when I was 32. I'm 46 for another few weeks.
If you went this route I'd document and keep a copy of everything you can. Copy of the quote(s) for how much it'll be to fix, any texts or emails you have talking about doing things outside of...
Can only use the positive result between 10 and 180 days from when you tested positive.
We just booked the same trip for November. Disneyworld with all the extras. From what I've read the restrictions are much the same as here at the moment. Masks indoors, no masks outdoors. What is...
Thanks for the advice everyone.
Nothing seems to be amiss with my email; no log-in attempts that aren't me, password wasn't changed, no forwarding emails set up.
That was my first thought too but all the emails seem to be coming from Microsoft. The email address is correct for Microsoft and all the ip addresses in the header point back to being from microsoft...
I went down in November but extended the stay over a night in Whitefish.
You can use a PCR test from here so you don't have to get one in the US.
Has anyone dealt with this before?
I have seen this question asked a few times in the Microsoft question area but there was never a solution provided. I have never had a Microsoft account linked...
Love the hardwood choice, that looks great.
I try to do 1-2 trips a year. One with friends and one with my daughter and her cousins. The last one I did was the first week in January to Revy and Sun Peaks; booked everything 6 months in advance....
Up by $41k which is pretty close to market value based on the last few houses that sold around me. Still sucks though.
That sounds like a great trip. I did 2x Revy and 2x Sun Peaks last week. Was a touch cold but lots of fun.
Basically some decides that you're getting a knighthood and they announce it in June or New Year, then one of the members of the royal family give it to you at a ceremony later in the year when they...
I think if you click the chat icon in the lower right corner it'll take you there. Looks like you have to deal with the virtual chat before it'll connect you to a person

I chose flooring first but think it depends more on what flooring you're installing. Floating floors have to be installed after as you don't want cabinets sitting on top of a floating floor....
It is tied to your passport. I drove down to Montana and back a couple of weeks ago and forgot to fill it out. I almost had to turn around and go back in to the US to fill it out before they would...
