From the sounds of it, things may be even slower as the city figures out how much more money they need to charge developers to service land...

How do you know that? Is there a way on Realtor.ca to filter by foreclosures?

the construction phase will suck for guys on the ridge but these houses probably sit much lower so it won't block the ridge houses with a view.

Both excel and shane have lots left in panorama. From what ive seen expect to pay 550k to 600+ for the homes with basic upgrades like hardwood and granite in limited areas.
