You are correct the h22 is from the prelude srv and 97+ preludes.

The one i have in my car is the JDM h22a which has a higher compression than the USDM...

I think the R33 is legal now. well atleast the 93's are.

not at all. The only part that fits really tight is where the intake manifold usually sits, but with the h2b it tilts the motor forward on an angle so you have space for more intake manifold options.
