I havent signed ANYTHING that says I accept the possession date. They have no written document with my signature accepting the date of possession... When they sent that letter 2-3 months stating...

I've phoned, emailed, and met them personally! MANY TIMES over the course of the last 8 months...

Cardel homes... its just regular hardwood (dark oak finish) and they normally provide carpet and vinal as standard flooring but if you want to upgrade they say its $10,000 for 620 sq feet...:dunno: ...
