I think it's a slippery slope though. They have changed so much in the last 10 years. If they go the Balance of Performance route, it will not ruin the racing. It just ruins the engineering of it....

Hey, you SOB, I started 11 minutes ago....:poosie:
Steve is a good welder for sure. Nobody can take that from him.
Corey,
Nice work!!!
It's all going that way, but I'm just not a fan of the complete lack of pride.
Dealing with a customer right now that is having his products made in China, and the consistency is horrid. When I/we...
It's not bad. The greenhouse looks an awful lot like a Tiburon to me though.
Engine options sound good in the future, IRS is late but better than never.
I expect it will sell great, especially if...
Yes. Agreed. Hopeless.
Why, oh why don't we ever get it right?
This will improve flow in the same direction as deerfoot, but why not improve the perpendicular roads while spending what can only be...
Oh yes, but it's not a Mustang, so it's fine...:banghead:
The Alluminator is a great choice. Made great power on Matthew's dyno in the '33 with less than stellar bolt-ons.
The foxes need alot of help to cope with power though, make sure you do some fixes...
Meh, really only surprised its a GT. Most of this kind of thing is V6 territory.
Seen a lot worse done to the old Newfie hot rod.
Yeah, been traveling alot this year. Mostly for work, but it has been to warm places!!
Maui was incredible though, as usual. Never really want to leave there...:(
Head down, ass up!! Looking forward to getting at this over the winter...
Nothing really on this up until now. Been driving the piss out of it though...
New custom turbo cam arrived with all the goodies to get rid of the DOD lifters, new springs, etc.
Just got the new...
Yeah, just make one.
Yes, I too have found my standards relaxing with age...
Love the GTR gopro pointed back...confidence?
The 'stang was rockin!! Had the GTR covered pretty quick!
Really looks good in white. Nice ride!
I'm guessing 540-570whp on 10lbs, but likely run around at lower boost most of the time.
The goal is big midrange, like 600ft/lbs.
These should be quite responsive turbos in this application....
Still trying to decide on a boost controller I like both the looks of and the functions. Then just grab some ID850's, and a new pump or two, and I can start.
Popped in Sunday with a friend. What a blast. Will for sure go again!
I was impressed with the efficiency of the running. It was a bit of a wait, but still worth it.
I'm hoping Mercedes can make good with their driver choices and some good grip/reliability, but it's too soon. If Brawn can pull it off again, it would be great.
Red Bull continues to have great...
It would be nice to get more new blood in there, but I think it's just too big of a machine to make any real changes, like the City, or Shell Oil.
It seems the pay is decent if you can do the hours...
Agreed it looks better, but that isn't really tough. This looks very unique in a good way.
Love that you can "dump the clutch" like a manual. They really are trying to make it the best any manual/auto can be.
Faster shifts, tons of fun, easy in traffic.
Agreed, the F12 is the only one that really is comparable. The rest are really hyper cars, all in the $1m range.
Guess I was just let down with the upgrade from the Murc.
Yes, they did a complete redo on the v12 only to have it immediately outclassed by the F12 (740hp). All of the very expensive competition has more too, like the Agera and Huayra, and Porsche 918,...
Worst name ever on a Ferrari hypercar, or maybe any of their cars for that matter. geez...
Yeah, The aventador was great for about 5 minutes. Completely redoing the v12 to be one of the lowest power...
It is a great tour. Real pleasure to see the passion that goes into a collection of this size.
I disagree. As a blast around toy, maybe, maybe, but as an all arounder, the paddle shifters are way better. After having driven a bunch, they are the only way to fly. The good ones (GTR,M3,etc) are...
Can't believe how fast the Hyuara is!!!
Oh how I missed thee Top Gear.
Good choice. Did a v12 BMW with customer-spec'd magnaflows and it sounded less than ideal in my books. It was so low and bassy. It was louder than stock, just, but didn't have any real character....
So, I've been pretty happy with the car overall.
Just really needs more power for this kind of weight.
So, the drawer to fix that is filling up, still need a few things, but I'm not going to start...
Honestly, this is a shelf item for sure.
If you want to support local, (which is good) then take it to one of the bike shops in town that has a good fab guy. They will be adept at taking parts off,...
Worked on these before, neat cars.
The exhaust is easily capable of changing and/or moving the power curve. Did a bit of real testing on this and it was pretty obvious that larger exhaust gives more horsepower up top, and it's mostly...
It was safe for a while anyway. The guys will realize they can't do an LS3 conversion to get rid of the VVT, scream "Technology, run for your lives!!" and be scrambling for an LS7.;)
Interesting
This is obviously not a power circuit, but the GT500 needs more apparently. We already know the ZL-1 is underpowered, just not sure how you get a 4000+lb beast around the track that fast...
Can't wait!!!
I absolutely agree. They recently did a speed study of the areas of Langdon.
The approach road to the golf course development is about 1/2 a mile long, nothing around, and a sidewalk about 15...
I love these things too. Sooo want one for the family ride!!!
It does, but making a less efficient engine for a much more expensive model is a joke.
These editions will keep coming as the love for the v8 is huge, and real M cars are high revving n/a cars. The...
