i think castrol stopped making it once BMW dropped the partnership. there is now a shell 10w60 that BMW sells to replace the castrol.

I have used liquid moly, motul, castrol and shell, no issues...

if i get it replaced it will be with a aftermarket metal one of some sort...

metro ford told me 300 for the diaper ...

from the factory only M models get non run flat tires.... the rest are run flats... but it does not stop you from switching them, and you can get a donut spare as a option
