How exactly do you know what size of amp you need to power subs properly? I have two pheonix gold 10s and I'm wondering what size of amp I should get so that I can get the max amount of performance...

well could I go with 2 10" and 1 12" to get the seat shaking bass, for rap songs but as well get the responsive bass for rock and stuff like that? or would that be too much bass?
