Lowes had the mower for 100 bucks off and if you add enough random crap you get a dynamic coupon for 80 bucks off 1500 or something.

Got ours installed today from W&J as well. Smooth install and now we just need to wait for some warmer weather to fire it up but until that shows up, the rain will be good for the new sod.
buh_buh I love that gen of BMW's! Nice choice.

Thanks Kenny, I think that's a great option. It's going to be annoying because they braced all the space between the studs with 2x6's. I'll reach out to Renzo to get his help on this.
I'd prefer it lower as well, but this is what we have to work with. I think wall mounting (with tilt) is better than having a media console table/TV stand in our living room. For a basement or bonus...
I haven't even opened the box for the TV yet...so it's probably in there. There's not really a cubby for this. It's above a fireplace/mantle...
Suggestions?

Hoping to avoid using that box, there's a network port and power on the wall (proper backing behind the drywall too).
Does anyone have a good TV installer they could recommend? Hoping to find someone to mount a Frame tv in the living room but hide the AppleTV/cords, etc.
I used Appliance Force on my Samsung fridge a few months ago and they were decent. Nothing wrong with them, but nothing overly positive either.
I've got a Leap V2 in the light grey. About 4 years on it and still looks good. PM me your number and I can send you pics.
We just sold our place on Friday and had professional cleaners come in, but fixed all the major holes e.g. from a baby gate, but left the holes/hooks for paintings, pictures, etc. in case they would...

I've got a couple of portable AC units if anyone wants them. Moving and hoping to not take them with me.
I saw it on Clarkson's Farm and always thought that machine was so cool. Maybe that's where you saw it too?
They are booking into the late fall at the moment, but thanks for the link. I might be hand bombing some sod at this rate...back to the DIY irrigation questions!
I'll just take the landscaper's contact info. They can do the sod work too.
Got a guy?
Has anyone DIY'd an irrigation/sprinkler system? I don't have a big yard, and there's no sod down yet.
Sounds like they were close to making a great car, but the GTS is still the one to get.

The AMG engine is probably better, but I'd rather row the gears if given the choice. 2 tenths or whatever it is from 0-60 won't matter that much in this car. If you plan to track it only, then the...
Playing around with the configurator gets me to 120k. Under 100k and I think they sell tons of them...

Time is the most precious resource someone once said...with that size of lawn, I'd definitely hire it out.
I'm not agreeing with how much money realtors make or the amount of education/training required to get your license, but I will say that when Jordan sold our place in May 2022 he nailed it. He used...
Bottas' race engineer even said that they owe Hamilton a beer in the post-race radio comms.
Housing market is just insane. 4.8M for half a duplex in Cornerstone...

Those are the widest streets in Monaco, no where else would make sense. Walking around there is a mindfuck because of how damn tight everything is with normal car/foot traffic and then they throw the...
I've got my name down for the A6 Avant (or Allroad, whatever comes to Canada) EV. Taycans are out of my price range. Etron is getting refreshed with some new tech/batteries and might be a...
I signed up with Telus for our new house and there was nothing much for rebates or additional deals from what the rep told me. The "new" customer deal was reasonable enough, so I went with a...
That's so annoying. I bought one from the US because I didn't know when it would be available in Canada again.

The WAN port is 2.5 Gbps instead of 1Gbps as well.
What else would you need that the SE doesn't have? More PoE+ ports would be my only ask.
Was able to pick up a UDM-SE from the US today and sent it to my "Montana" address.
88CRX No fucks given to the help having to get 21" wheels up/down from the rack?
Does anyone have a lead on a Dream Machine SE? Willing to pay secondary market prices too. Been checking a few times a day for a couple of weeks and not seeing much stock on them in Canada or the US.
I wonder if the fridge was purchased like that? Dented on delivery, so the original buyer returned it, and then was sold at a deep discount to the current owners.
Anyone headed to Montana in the next month or so? Looking to get a standing desk frame from the US.
What brand of water softener, so I can avoid it....
AP's are back in stock for the Canada Store.
I've found something new to add to the list of shit I'd pay someone to do. Pack my stuff for work trips including dry cleaning and making sure my golf clubs are clean.
My sister is a huge Miele fan, but went with a high(est?) end Bosch instead. Can't go wrong at the end high of the range for either brand though. Obligatory fuck Samsung.
