Im having problems buying used trucks because nobody can take delivery of new trucks to keep the flow going. Some vehicles at auction are going for $5k more locally than they were back in December.
Not yet but I think Jeff might give me an old PC. Still running Forza with the plebs.
$1800 to $2500 for open transport.
Wouldn’t bother me except for by the time I can afford one of these it will be off warranty lol.
Jfc I just learned the 3L diesel has a wet belt drive oil pump on the back of the engine with a service life. Nty.
It took me two hours and fifty eight minutes to cancel a policy with TD last summer on the phone.
Isn’t Zestino the go to drift tire these days for a lot of guys?
Funny enough the fastest I’ve made it around Castrol so far was on 140tw Zestinos.
335d is pretty tame under highway speeds, pulls really good from 100-200 though.
I believe so. Feels way nippier and less laggy under 120km/h compared to the Ford and Dodge and similar above (I assume HP and aero limited by that point)
I finally got to sample a 3L diesel AT4 yesterday and it blows the Ecodiesel and 3L Powerstroke out of the water.
Fml I’m going to get screwed for the third time in a row at this rate.

Honda Fit vs VW Golf TDi showdown both on 8-10 year old Hoosiers on a wet auto x course was one of the most memorable days I’ve ever had.
All sorts of stuff. S2000, Caterham, Fiesta ST, pre 2012 spicy Hondas, Mini, various Lotus are what come to my mind first when I think about fun for minimal cost and risk. Cars that are light and...
I am jealous, my plan is similar once we move and I can make a whole room into a sim room. Have been doing some hour long races with friends on Fridays and Saturdays lately.
It’s like full whiteout here now too.
I could have sworn I just saw lighting and some thunder, and just after we started getting these crazy ice pellets.
The early non touch screen Sync systems were a little annoying to pair phones and play Bluetooth music so I can see why.
That’s all we are considering, and within 30 mins to downtown on transit too so more innerish communities.
Yeah I figure I will lose 10% selling this year. Gf and I agreed wherever we buy needs to be good for ~20 years for us.
Yeah all the time when my boss gets involved with my work day...
I agree, I’ve had better luck with reliability in BMWs than most other vehicles I’ve owned. Yes some things are big money when they go wrong however.
As for Toyota, like I always say it’s not hard...
Peter/Paul Kim (Calgary) and Derek Harvey (Edmonton area) it sounds like being referred to above. Both do really good work.
Call GSL parts or a service advisor, they can also print those.
You might find out fast if it’s totally frozen by boosting it...
Their shipping is about the same as shipping a car from Germany, but the difference is the car coming from Germany will arrive on time and the car coming from Ford will come whenever it comes haha.
Come on guys, SB clearly stands for Sean Banerjee!
Jk jk
A friend of mine works for ARC, recently transferred from GP to Calgary (he was losing his mind in GP, mid 20s engineer with no real friends of family outside of Calgary). Hopefully he keeps his new...
Prices of almost anything that isn’t exported to the USA already or very special are also quite low on BaT and Cars and Bids.
In for info. I wish there was a more common Canadian specialty vehicle site.
Company car started fine this morning, idled it for 30 seconds, started driving and it died 500m down the road. Took me nearly an hour to bump start it off to the side of the road (thank god for a...
Dang I could have used this yesterday, needed to wash a vehicle to drop it off for dents actually and couldn’t find a carwash open due to the cold. Cool idea might take you up on it.
I gave them 2.5 months notice I won’t be renewing the lease and they acknowledged it.
Im planning on listing in the Spring, but only because I have a tenant who needs to gtfo so I can paint the place before listing it. I am not really rushed at buying though, I’ll wait another year if...
It’s funny my parents have bought almost exclusively BMW since 2000 and when they shopped for a new vehicle last year BMW wasn’t even close to the top of their list. They didn’t even end up taking a...
Congrats on finally deciding. Should be pretty low running and depreciation costs.
Honestly surprised my car fired right up with no hints of struggle after sitting for 6 days.
