In late Feb my GF got a photo radar ticket in the mail- problem was that the car in the photo was not hers- different plate and car but it was addressed to her at our home...

I agree- no signal from the truck that it was turning right- when it entered the turning lane the bike went though the intersection as it should. No signal and no yield from the truck

Would be worth looking into if it wasn't being run by the Alberta UCP. I assume it would be a FOIP exempt crony filled joke if it was.
