been following this for some time now....and had high hopes and will refrain from final comments till i see more angles, but jesus is this WRONG....the massing is...uh far too massive. Same design...

i bought them for that reason though...i was very impressed with Progress' R&D into these and didnt want to "mess things up". Far to often people make handling/ride worse cause they dont know...

i believe it is going on 104st between jasper and 102ave...there is a large parking lot between the cecil redevelopment and the new century condo.
