It is your waterpump. The v6 Toyota water pumps are fairly common. Sometimes if you watch the pulley it wobbles. When you remove the belt you can feel it too.

If the calliper pins are over lubriated or sticking this can cause s dragging caliper causing this condition. Or the caliper has an issue.
