Whoo i have heat again. turns out after i flushed the core and hours taking everything apart i found the air blend door inside the air chamber was jammed with a ton of crud.

What a pain.

Well i tried all the easy stuff. Fuses, relays, and checking the doors nothing seemed to be a problem. I have half the dash apart so ill just go after that painfull job and swap a new heater core in,...

I can not hear or feel anything from the dash as i change settings. I think ill take it apart and have a look at these doors.

Now I think there is a crack in the head. Coolant burns and smokes out the exhaust manifold and the side of the block.
It Runs??? but only for about 10 blocks then it...
