How did you manage that outside of simply not driving a lot? I consider myself pretty good at avoiding cracks and chips but I average about two a decade despite barely using Deerfoot trail.
I assume you are Asian lol? I always thought more Asians wear masks because they tend to be more risk averse than westerners who care more about freedumb.
If I was going to buy a used car like that I would want a stock one only.
I'm just happy we are starting to see new designs trickle out of the industry that don't involve massive grilles. This looks pretty nice IMO.
Sharpie.
Gently and I mean gently (it's an abrasive) go over the spots with a magic eraser. That has been known to work on Tesla white seats if you google the videos.
Absolutely. No need to get overly focused on one datapoint when one of the cars is simply better all around.
This is what that one company was trying to sell me on that I would have a difficult time trying to find a buyer that would have $90k kicking around for my vehicle. I ended up selling the vehicle...
I can't tell what's irking you guys more. The fact that I gave it an 8/10 instead of 10/10 or that I said the core story wasn't very good. You want me to say it's a 10/10 with the best story ever? ...
It's not going to be confused for a Porsche manual but by the early reviews it sounds like Toyota tweaked it to the point where it feels better to shift than BMW's versions of the transmission. It...
No because I'm not so sure this will transfer as well to home viewings. A good movie at its core does not need to rely on special effects and visuals to wow the audience or Avatar would be...
Actually it sounds worse IMO. The AMG CLA 45 sounds horrible. Still that's the version I would get as I have read several reviews and the 6-speed manual doesn't sound like it's a great manual...
Yeah this is not a very good movie at its core. However the nostalgia factor, heavy dose of wink wink cheese, and visuals bump it up from a 5/10 to an 8/10 theater experience for me. My 14 year old...
Looks pretty faithful to the original 280Z to me. It's a shame they couldn't have gone this direction.
When I had my BMW up for sale I had a company asking me to add their link to my autotrader ad. I was selling private and just didn't want prospective buyers to get the impression I was associated...
The Tesla sales model is pretty good. Order car online. Apply for financing online. Get trade in estimate online. No interactions with greasy salesmen or finance people trying to sell you...
Basketball and Volleyball is slightly exaggerating its size. It's more along the size of a handball which is about 7.5" in diameter.
I assume this is in response to Ford dealers gouging customers on Mach E's. I have zero sympathy for the current dealer model as it's the worst part of the automobile owning experience.
We live in an age of instant gratification. People want what they want now and don't care about the financial repercussions, hence the current used car market madness.
I have sold two vehicles this year and it's been amazing. Even though my pricing was inline with the market I had a bit of guilt especially with our Subaru that was approaching 200k kms. The...
Impossible. From the beginning of the universe to the present day, time is one of the few constants that never changes. You don't even need to read CR to know this.
You are confusing reliability with I believe JD Power's Initial Quality study which is problems per 100 vehicles in the first 90 days of ownership. It's telling of which vehicles roll off the...
That's why I never understand the hate for CR and JD power. They aren't perfect but they are as close as we have for reliable data given the thousands of surveys completed. Anecdotal evidence isn't...
You don't need to respond to my posts as I can read your thoughts while I reside in your head reading CR. :)

Someone brought up another thread about Nissan being trash so probably good timing for this post. Looks like Nissan neutered the engine a bit with ECU nannies to ensure the engine and...
Magazine says Nissan is trash. Reality says Nissan is trash. Sorry Nissan fanboy but no amount of deflecting can change the fact that Nissan is in fact hot garbage. Not sure what's in your head...
I can't believe I'm taking delivery of one of these cars in the next few weeks. Ha ha ha.
That's correct. He told me he's focussing more on the sales side and only does coatings on the side on occasion for beyonders and customers he has a good relationship with. I would say Rainer is...
Unfortunately not until they iron out the issues as the AMG GT 63 S is not seamless in power delivery as there appears to be pauses where the computers try to transition between engine and motor. ...
I'm the furthest thing. Has anyone on beyond owned as many different brands as I have over the decades? It's a short list of brands I haven't owned and a lot of that has to do primarily to $$$.
Ford apparently did make some tweaks to the 2.7L engine for Bronco use but it's not clear what they were and if the tweaks have anything to do with the current issues.
This is totally incorrect. The N55 was a very solid engine and the B58 just may be the best overall engine in the world when you consider it's reliability and service in a variety of different...

As predicted no match for the B58/ZF8 combination. That Mustang though. The Mach 1 is basically as GT-350 with the Coyote engine so maybe not surprising.
One of the reasons I bailed on my Bronco order. Maybe in another two years these vehicles will be ready but they were launched half baked with the leaky roofs, build quality issues galore, and now...
We look back fondly on those B-series VTEC engines of the 90's but man those cars were slow relative to today's vehicles. Cars like the 300ZX, Supra TT, and 3000GT, would be merely quick today but...
Strange car of choice if highway driving is required. IMO better off to go up into a Civic or Corolla.
5 cylinder longitudinal engine is pretty cool. Those were the good old days before the Japanese automakers were taken over by bean counters.
Good comparison below as all three vehicles I brought up are represented as the Civic Si is essentially the car we are discussing as it's identical to the Integra outside of styling. Forget that the...
Hyundai Elantra N is $41k fully equipped and will blow the doors off this car. VW GTI Performance trim is $42k. This new Integra is pretty poor value for what it is.
