the engine leak is from a hose in the power steering, the 5 spd tranny change wasnt done by him, but by professionals, and the shitty shifting is just him learning still. its also definitely insured....

Don't convert, a .bin should be with a .cue, and they make an image file. Just use nero and burn the cd as if you were burning an .iso, just point nero to the .cue file instead
