I have a 48" about 6-7' from the couch. Just a hair too small, so I'd say 60-65 for your needs.
Also add my vote to the "do anything you can to avoid mounting above the fireplace" boat.

Speaking of which whatever happened to Rickon and that chick? Haven't seen them since like season 2 or something
Agree 100%, really says something about a person when they get so worked up by another guys park job that they take the time to vandalize someones $XX,XXX vehicle.
I've never camped out there so want to make sure I play by the rules (I guess the questions apply to anything thats not inside a park)
Can I set up camp pretty much anywhere I want as long as the...
Edit: nm, found what I needed
One thing you can do is download Basecamp (Garmin's PC software, free) and load up any maps you can get ahold of there. If it loads in Basecamp it should load in their devices. Then you can judge...
I'd probably go for a portable garmin device (ie. garmin oregon) + backroad mapbooks, depending what kind of trails you're looking for. Nice thing about these is they're powered by AA's so much more...
One guy on reddit did make a good point though, Top Gear's went downhill in the last couple seasons because it's become the Clarkson show and they've become lazy, relying too much on scripted bits...
Word on the street is Sanjel just shut down their Medicine Hat base

I saw those bricks and immediately thought wtf as well lol. Hopefully the end product looks better.
But I can say 100% that there was no structure started until about a year ago, that cement...
I believe they had a year or two delay due to foundation issues? Maybe it was funding. Either way it sat idle for most of those two years, I think it only really got going about a year ago now.
Is this a legal thing? Good to know either way, my agents always treated me right anyway. The construction was only just getting started two years ago if I remember, and only finished the concrete...
Worth a call, I'd thought about suing the construction company when I first noticed it but didn't think it was worth the hastle. For some reason I never considered insurance, they're going to call...
I was thinking claybar too, but honestly this stuff is fully dried drippings. I scraped a bit with my knife and if I'm careful it doesn't scratch anything, but was hoping somebody might know a...
The wonderful construction site above my parking spot splattered concrete all over the body of my car last year...that stuff is dried on in the worst way, but luckily most of its just small speckles....
Hand wash? Would you be able to do a polish/wax in there if it was slow?
That's the one I went to last night and spurred this thread...it was probably prime wash time (chinook, warm sunday evening) but all five rows had cars backed up to the street so backing out wasn't...
Where do you guys go? I never have change with me so am trying to find one where I can use a pay card of some sort, close to downtown/vic park. And also for one where you get a stall to yourself,...
^^ I found a thread somewhere else where a guy had the e-transfer reversed after completion because the payer called it in as fraud, which apparently put the recipients bank on the line for that cash...
I etransfer funds to my savings account (out of town credit union) every month and its usually sent the email within 15 minutes. RBC for me, I wonder if the bank has something to do with the timing?
I'm about to sell my car and trying to decide what types of payment to go with. Is there any way to scam, reverse, cancel an e-transfer after I've accepted, or limits on the transfer size? Seems...

Yes and yes, oilfield services. Expecting a round at the end of each month going into breakup.
Didn't realize how many of us work on the service side around here!
First time I saw it on facebook I didn't get what the deal was because it was clearly white and gold.....now every time I've seen it since it's been more and more obviously black/blue. Crazy. Do...
I'm just talking about the idea of buying to get a starter home with the goal of upgrading in around 5 years.
I'm in the market for around $400,000 because I can afford to spend $2000 a month on...
I'm just saying a $400,000 place probably costs around $2000/month all in to own. Of that, $1400 goes to taxes, fees, interest, etc, ie. financially speaking you're throwing away just as much money...
Case in point, this one came up yesterday. $1700/month and it's not even a high rise. Sure it's 800 sqft and somebody will probably take it, but I wouldn't pay more than $1400 for that. And then...
I quite enjoy Munchkins lately

I like it in theory, but the blue ring just goes to show something needs to change

I made a solid 60% in 4 months with margin, then lost a solid 90% in 1 month because of margin. It works, but be aware of your behavioral biases because it'll bite back twice as hard as it gives.
