Any Android charger or the newer BlackBerry charger will work. They all use microUSB. I would power it up and if it's not locked, send an email to the gmail account that's set up.

Are you using wireless? G or N? What Mbps are you connected to your AP? What router? What speed from the computer in your computer room assuming it's wired?
