OK... I took some measurements last night.

- The muffler body is 14" long
- The muffler diameter is 7"
- The tip is roughly 6" long with a angle cut on the tip.
- The tip is 4.5" in diameter

I'm not sure how loud these are cause I've never installed them. I will measure the mufflers when I get home tonight if you're interested.

1 I said it depends on the turbo to determine max boost levels before you run out of fuel.

2. If i am running a bigger turbo and still able to push 16...

It all depends on the turbo. (i.e. CFM the the turbo is able to flow at X psi)

Slap a wide band on the thing and turn up...

It's most likely the turbo and not the motor. Oil in the charge pipe is normal. I've seen some CT26's or CT20B's that have died after a "claimed" 10-20k km.

It's either the clutch or the syncrhos. If the clutch master cylinder or clutch slave cyliner was bad, you would definitely feel it in the clutch pedal when you press down.
