Power FC here. Easy to install, software pretty straight forward. Not as many features as some others might have though.

All depends on your wants/needs and budget.

Also, you are right, boost is electronically controlled. There is a Turbo-VSV that will limit boost when conditions are not favourable.

Have the BOV already, thanks though. I think we'll just go with a 1" pipe welded to the IC piping and clamp a hose onto the BOV from there, since we couldn't find one for cheap.
