I actually figured it today my o2 sensor wires were mangled to fuck and were touching the body of the car and shorting out fixed it and all is good

So long story short i thought my alternator was fried so i replaced it then later found that it was just the alternator fuse, so i replaced it, the car ran fine as it usually would then about 30 mins...
