They're both excellent appliances. The NX still has a bit of a sporty feel, buzzy and turbo laggy engine (or at least back when I drove one). A lot like the early gen RDX.

So is reconciliation, apparently.
What makes you think they're going to cut the price by 40%?
Great idea Bob.

Haha. Anecdotally, I've found it's because they either a) dgaf about cars (my FIL drives a rusty mid-00's F-150), or b) are concerned about the perception that they're charging their clients too much.
Every single lawyer I know drives a mundane, if not objectively kind of shitty, car. What is it with you people?
I love it. Every detail they can change to make it look more like a giant size R/C car is a step in the right direction, IMO.
This is one that I assumed would be worth a lot more due to development potential.

That's a shitty manager. She either:
a) didn't actually know about something she was almost definitely informed about
b) is being a crooked bitch and knew about it but "acted" surprised to make you...
Is that not an X7?
Very nice. Those have grown on me.
Pop it in a high interest savings account if you don't need it :dunno:
No point in taking on any risk, but you want to at least have it keeping up with inflation haha.
Brief lapse in judgement, no one's perfect ok?
Gross indeed. Hopefully the overwhelming negative sentiment against the left on a national stage will cascade to our province. Wishful thinking, perhaps.
That's exactly what I thought. It's the only way $2.5mm land value makes sense. The lot is really awesome, but like... not so awesome that someone would spend $5mm building a house there IMO.
Is that your first reaction to this?
Multiple people likely died. Latest update said 3-4 of the people that are still missing had babies within the last year.
Exactly. I'd say that fact is actually not useless in this context.
My old neighbours (unsuccessfully) listed with his group. They said he doesn't do anything but market and recruit agents. No idea if that's true or not, but that seems like the dream realtor job.
Americans will do it. There will be massive push from the unions to get a job like this going, and if The Wire taught me anything, they have a lot of pull.
On qualifiedcaptain instagram there's a good video where it points out the two power losses and recoveries before it hits.
I read that it's too deep to drop anchor there, would have done nothing.
No, he'll be crying into his empty wallet after paying $75k/yr in tuition
Haha I feel the same way.
I wouldn't drive those ones either.
Yes. Not good enough that I would drive one of those though
I meant literally make the owner take it behind the barn and shoot it.
But yes, they should 100% be prohibited from owning more dogs, and be charged criminally.
Yeah I assume bad scarring. Facial scars, etc.
They should make the owner put the dog down. Maybe if they did this, people would think twice about going out and getting another one.
Uhhh, none of the above please.
AirPods Max are not worth the money imo.
I’ve had a bunch of Bose anc headphones, and they’ve all been great. Qc45 is what I have now, and unfortunately I bought them just a few months before the...
 no kidding
Wow congrats man.
Guards red with the magnesium center lock wheels. Colors > shades of grey, imo.
A 20yr bottle will always be a 20yr bottle, regardless of how long you leave it in your cupboard for. It's not that it isn't a "true 40yr bottle", it's just not a 40yr bottle
Who says those days have to be gone?
"I must spread some rep..."
Ftfy.
Car companies exist to maximize value for shareholders, and a great way to do this is to engineer something to be built easily/quickly, and not over-build it at all. Any item on the car that...
My parents house in Hawaii is in a nice area and has monthly fees. Unfortunately not effective as a filter.
Depends how far South or how far East you want to go.
Idk I see lots of RS6 wagons around. Although I suppose this will cost at least $50k more.
Preach.
They do look unreal, I've seen a couple out and about.
Looks great. Please get rid of the rear license plate thingy, those are the absolute worst.
Not intended to be an accusatory post at all, I just think he misenterpreted the point you&me was making haha. It wasn't about the fee structure.
Does your brokerage vet their agents on quality and productivity before allowing them to operate there? Or do they have some agents on the roster that sell <2 houses/yr?
