Have to work in order to pay those electricity bills. Can't work if your job is shut down. Definitely can't tell ERCOT to go fuck themselves, that would be un-American.

Yes. It will look better to a potential buyer too. Nice fluffy new carpet.
You just described most of the oil patch from 1996 to 2014.
Anything direct over carpet will be unstable when walking near an easle, etc plywood over carpet would be more stable but not great. Both still run the risk of something spilling and seeping along...
More of a hatred of a big phone in my pocket.
Ageed, although unless someone starts making a flagship compact Android again, I might just switch next year to the iPhone 12 mini.
I miss my Sony compacts.
Those boxes are for your employers tax purposes and CEWS. They have no effect on your personal income or taxes.
I suck at negotiations. Wasn't planning on buying until next year anyways, but still peeved.
Just realized the Ford X-plan deal from my work is gone. The ownership group we got it through sold their piece of our company.
Yeah but I saw an infographic that says gyms are like 0.00000002% risk of death by Covid.
He lost a shitload of weight somehow though. He used to look just like Randy on TPB.
I intentionally missed a first aid course because I found out that was happening. Paid out of pocket to go the next week with my Mrs.
Government weather office. I usually average them and the weather network to get a more realistic expectation.

Doesn't that sum us up in every way? We don't really excel in anything. Anything positive anyways.
Agreed. Unless a war happens and someone takes HK over, it is inevitable.
Also pick a secondary. You could both die in an accident.
I honestly don't care. I love camping in the mountains, but if they don't want our money then they can eat shit. I wish all Albertans would stop going across the border for tourism altogether.
As with most tests, it's weaksauce compared to the real world. Sure it might stop that single snowball without harm, but what about being completely bombarded with dozens of them per minute, like we...

I've got a west wall that gets full sun in the summer evenings, which also makes my house hot during that time. If electricity weren't so cheap, I'd solar panel it just to run the air conditioner....
It works well until the hail storm comes. That video they put out with a snowball hitting a panel has not convinced me it's Alberta proof.
When you're building a town from scratch, there's better places than either of these areas.
Though I could see the appeal a bit after having to travel through Saskatchewan and east Alberta. Then...
Weather like this makes me wonder how fucking dumb were the first European settlers in the area to think "yeah, this is a good spot to set up", let alone the first nations.

Try a floating home?
I've driven a '97 3/4t with a bed campers and ATV trailer. Not much higher rating than a new F150 hdpp, but it felt sketchy at times. I would definitely go bigger.
That's what I thought too. I'm sure they could have found some duo's with enough of a similar sound to replace them. It's not as if they had a specific sound either, every album is different.

In my experience it's the opposite. Or rather, as I mentioned, people's views have stayed approximately the same, but how newer generations view them has turned those views into conservative ones.
My views have not changed, however how the world sees my views, has. My opinions used to be considered liberal, and now they are center.
Harmac is right down the road from Duke Point, and has been for 30 years
I still wouldn't call it Florida, but outside of Victoria, the island is full of rednecks too. Growing up on the north half of the island, it was an equal mix of old school hippies and rednecks.
We need some sort of centre, that promotes Canadian energy. That should do the trick.
Sucks. I'm going to have to turn my garage furnace down next winter to less than 15°
First time I took my wife to the island, we were approaching the ferry dock (while on it), and she asks "Wtf is that smell?"
Me-"Oh that's just Nanaimo's natural fragrance."
Then not 2 min....
