Cyclone is right, the SC head is already machined and designed for max flow, the NA head doesnt come anywhere near it. 7-8 psi sounds about right for what you have mentioned. TUNING is a MUST!

Only a very few amount of those engines are streetable....meaning you cant use them for a daily driver if the need be. The 3SGTE can be used as a daily driver no matter how much HP or mods it...
