Flames look sloppy AF. Way too many penalties
Opened up The Contrast this evening. I knew I liked sherry cask but this really solidifies it. Enjoyable to try these back to back though, both are decent.
Only $2,700/month...

While valid, multiple offers with no conditions were not a luxury I had selling a condo. Given the added hoop of condo doc review, unconditional offers on these types of properties are rare.
In...
Finally sold our condo, almost seems like we should have asked more for it given the interest and number of offers that came in. We personally had a couple of offers fall through because of financing...

My allocation isn't until October. Sad face.

Do you forfeit your pension if you resign?
Any of the Suburban/Tahoe/Expeditions rentals we've used are a dream on the highway.
Kauai and Maui, in that order, were my favourites after seeing them all.
I appreciate everyone's responses, helps gauge where things are at and what we need to budget for roughly if we go the reno route.
As for prices, it is what it is. We're looking for a home to...
Long story short, our house search isn't yielding much worth looking at in the areas we want (and the budget we have), and thinking of finding a place that we do a bunch of renos to instead of the...
Don't forget their 6-figure bonuses.

I threw $100 at LUNA and will look at it in 6 months.
I've wasted money on worse things
You're forgetting one very unfortunate variable: Ontario will bail everyone out and send Alberta the bill to do so.
Real thugs dun play
Unless you have LUNA....RIP!
We've started looking and some properties are moving very fast, but it doesn't seem like the frenzy of the last 12 months.
Half a point increase in interest really seems to have deterred some...
Sounds like Tahiti or bust
Thanks for the head's up!
Anyone been to both Costa Rica and Hawaii? Never been to CR, curious how it compares.
Surprised it's not sold already
Today was a bloodbath
Yeah you're likely right, but in that case the 2.0L was totally fine. All I did was highway driving in Nevada.
Have used the Kona for the last three weeks as a rental and it was pretty fun to drive, and handled very well with the AWD in brutal snow conditions.
Hawaii can be as expensive as you want, or actually quite reasonable.

Hahahaha yeah the home owners are the problem.
Man prices have really gone up for car rentals. When I went it was like $30 USD/day for an SUV.
Virtual staging is for lazy, cheap realtors.
Appreciated!
Thanks for the heads up. Is that the sherry cask version you're referring to?

The craziness is not over! Glad it worked out for you though
My experience at CNRL was really good albeit short despite the Chief Geo trying his hardest to get me on.
Others either hate their life there or have moved on. Heard that some teams are being...
It's still going to be painful no matter how you slice it.
