Well I picked up a new draft inducer from EMCO for 250$. And immediately felt the fins rotating on the backside of it, something that wasnt occuring on my previous one.

well i just took off the inducer and tried to run it and nothing. no sound coming from it or the feeling of moving parts. Sucks i dont have a multimeter to check if im getting power to the fan or...

i hope the inducer is burnt out. id rather change the inducer myself than get a service guy out to install a a new gas valve. i had to change my honeywell valve on my gas tank last winter......

How does the inducer fan create the pressure when my inducer is not connected to the pressure valve? my hose line is connected at three points, gas valve, pressure switch and chamber.

i cant tell...
