Is that that the equivalent to spending your c.e.r.b. money on a new flat screen TV?
That's what she said
I don't see it on the listing. Edit....I See it. Last picture...
How big is that garage? Seems like a really high roof too. Anyone know?

Thanks for all the replies, it's early in the process. Just want some questions ready. Biggest one seems to be clarity on how they actually pay. It's a big company, so I'm sure they have their poop...
I'm looking too. Bass Pro/Cabela's carries them, but not in stock. Last ones I had to order online directly from Carhartt.

Since work from home has become more of a thing, how dose it work if you work for an American company (no Canadian offices) get paid in American dollars, but live in Canada. I see lots that talk...
Share details? You purchased the unit and hung it, they did the rest?
Will do. You do the same. I don't need one until the end of summer, as the garage isn't expected to be built until the end of July.
They all seem comparable on cost. Electricity will be closer to 100+ I imagine. My 500sq ft condo is +-60$/mth with 1 resident
Bump. Looking for a heater to be installed late summer. Thinking 45k Reznor separate combustion. Any contacts?
I'm in the process of trying to rent a condo (17ave/14st area) and I have a feeling my rent will need to be reduced. A little less than a year ago, the rental market seemed pretty tight. Now, I'm not...
Hey all,
What should I do for my new detached garage ventilation? Not sure what is the smart play. HRV, ERV, dehumidifier, regular vent fan? We are planning on having a coming fan to keep some...
Not sure why I scribbled out the cost on the small window. They are $200per
I've been working way too many Saturdays since November. My crews have been working more then me. I hope thing slow down a little, but it's not looking like that's going to happen. Better to be busy...
If this was a thing, continue to work 5 - 10's and earn more money? Sounds good.

That might be too blurry to read, but the windows I'm getting.
I asked for an oversized entry door, but it was an extra 1000 for an additional 6". Seemed like a lot for only 6 inches.......
Ya, I'm not afraid of some window bars. What about he idea of having them between the lower and upper cabinets? Also, the windows will all be on the south side, so I'm anticipating some nice light.
I'm planning to move my WFH office out there. I realize there may be some theft concerns. I figure, I can make some security shutters for when I'm not out there. When I am, o like the idea of seeing...
Hey all, planning our new (edit)detached garage build and not sure about some windows. I was thinking of installing a couple 12" tall windows, say 5" above where the work bench will go to provide...
Also, I don't think money in a trust isn't considered in the case of divorce. That greedy batch can't get half of it.
Edit: not sure the how the cost/benefit falls with all of it. Interested to know
So, is now the time to sell all the rentals. Buy back after the bubble bursts? In ON. Look into the crystal ball for me
Well, would you look at that....just look at it. Thanks
Why are they not legally required to provide a refund? I did a charge back through my credit card and got my money back. I feel if they didn't have any obligation to. That wouldn't have happened....
Same with me on my 135i. It wasn't crazy amount of knock, but still there. I'll need to get the tune updated for Shell 91 it looks like. FML
Sutter will be the next GM, you watch
The realtor only needs to disclose that he is working both sides. I think I had to sign a paper saying I was aware.
90 percent of stop signs should be yield signs.
Thanks for the tips. I'm a couple years away from purchasing, so who knows what I'll be on to by then.
Ya, for real. I really like most of what you have posted.
The first little climb I made with one, I went right up a tree. Took about an hour to get the hang of how little you needed to move to make it go where you want. It's also a little sketchy on run ins...

The new Polaris 850 has crazy power compared to the any 800's. But if I was buying, it would buy a single beam. It is just too good and easy to maneuver. Haven't tried a turbo doo yet...
From what my wife tells me. This is the problem....also the guys selling, promise the world. The people who implement need to figure out creative ways to try and make the system do something it...
Have you tried the new Polaris 850? It has loads of power. I haven't ride the turbo doo though.
Yep. One in University District
Not sure, but this seems not bad for AAA97484
TAAT had a good day. See what it's doing tomorrow and might dip in/out for the day
