Hmm...im not quite sure they are just powdercoated. Im almost certain their is a specific process for "black chrome"..similar to chrome plating.
The color comes out somewhat similar to the finish on...

Just wondering if anyone is familiar with the process..or if one exists for that matter.
I've seen very dark/chrome looking wheels and was wondering if anyone knows of any shops that do this??
