We tried that route too but they are claiming PK-20 has a difficult time parallel parking... which is why PK-19 is parking more into the common area. Fair? Not IMHO.

That's a good point. We tried that... every combination actually and they all were difficult to maneuver. We even tried backing into the stalls :(

The way I see it (of course I'm speaking only from my point of view) is that our condo purchase agreement states 2 usable stalls. If one of the stalls is not usable then I can go back to the seller?...

I'm talking about basing your purchase on styling/looks. Yes they're different cars but when they look the same and you base your purchase more on the way a car looks then why pay the 20-35K more? ...
