The frequent snowfalls at this time of year feels seasonal to me. Sure it was a tough winter, but shit these snowfalls are melting pretty much right away.

It would be normal if the ground wasn't caked in inches of ice, its going to take months for the frost to actually come out of the ground.

The field in front of my place is still 80% snow covered despite the melts.

A flurry here and there doesn't bother me.

Seems like a click bait title

In hind sight I'm kind of thinking that now too. It sounds like they're comparing to previous years in April - which historically, true, we get "less" snow in April than other months obviously.
So I think they should be comparing this to the past 4 months. In that aspect "Oh, it's just another round of snow, just like the past 25 or so we've gotten this year." GF was a bit worried as she drives out in the country for work tonight (night shifts) but now considering - it's gonna be the same as 2 weeks ago and melt in a day or two.

Ah well. Let's roll the dice and see what we get tomorrow!

I’ll post pics of my car when the sun comes up, but it’s probably a block of ice lol. It was raining and windy all night. I don’t want my GF going to work this morning but we’ll see.

I'm currently sitting at the Calgary Airport about to take off (in the snow) for Vancouver, where weather for the week is a mix of sun and rain, and daily high's of 12.
