She said there's virtually no driving rules or if there is, no one really follows them and everyone is constantly honking their horns, a lot of that to just announce that you're near some one else's vehicle in traffic. She said there is incredible amount if reform happening right now and especially do for women and that she would've loved to have stayed to help run the event because of how things are changing there so fast - this event will be the largest horror/scare event in the world and that the Saudi people are ridicously excited about this event because it us so far removed from anything they've ever experianced.
She never once felt uncomfortable or threatened but dud wear a scarf/shawl when she was outside of their event center. Inside of the event center though she had get hair out and behaved as normal as here and it was accepted. She even had authority over the people she was hiring and the 270 or so men and 30 or so wonen they hired were all cool with that - when she asked them why they wanted to be a part of this event they said it was because they wanted to be a part of the change.
She said she would go back in a heart beat under the same premises, right now though she is very tired because they survived on only 3-4 hours of sleep each night due to the amount of stuff that had to get done. Add in her nmanaging and doing all the hiring for the as HEX event here in Calgary just before thus trip and the Edmonton Screamfest event and she'll be ready for a bit of downtime. Likewise my self because I've kept busy working, thus Friday will be 19 continuous days of cabinet installation for me and I foresee another continuous 7 days being tacked on to that, good thing it's all close by in Marda Loop so there's not much driving involved.
