    - - - Updated - - -

    Um hello Neon SRT4?

Id love to own one of those little bastards. I wonder if any still exist or they all got totalled

Um....because of the extra 10hp per stripe? Duh.

So have these tight spandex covers changed the tune for the detailing nerds? Wasn’t it always “never cover your car for storage as you’re more likely to scratch the paint from the cover than allowing it to get covered in dust”? Does that only count for shak’s tarp? As these fancy covers are tight enough not to be a concern?
My 'tarp' is actually a cover for the McLaren 720S so it's a bit lose on the R8. Also, it's lined with some Canada goose type of feather underneath. Also my car is fully vinyl wrapped. And it's also wrapped with xpel stealth on top of that. I think the paint will be fine.

Mine is a shitbox and has a cover on it because the windows don't seal very well, and the wind blows from the north every day at 169mph through the winter at this dick fuck apartment complex and I don't want to have to shovel snow out of it in the spring.

Similar to the above, mine is covered because some scratched from dust are far better than from the hockey sticks, bikes, scooters or anything else the little shit heads will do to it....also, it's far from a show car.

Why "Daily driver"? Isn't is just a daily driver?

You sound like that annoying person in argument that just repeats what someone else is saying but ads no usefulness to the conversation

67 SS 4 speed. Fully restored right before he got it, but he got the engine rebuilt and bored .30? over. Clutch shit the bed, father in law was going to do a Tremec 6 speed swap while it needed a clutch anyways but I convinced him to swap gears for better highway driving and keep the 4 speed, he's owned it for more than 15 years I'd say.

We were putting it in the car hauler, moving the rallye on the hoist and the lightning under the hoist today.
