Pedals, steering and the rest of the under dash to go then body off. You can really see the speedholes in the floor from this view.

$1200 to powder coat and clear. I'll need to assemble everything prior then take it all apart again. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Maybe I'm stupid today but why would you need to pre-assemble everything and then take it apart prior to coating? Just to check fitment?
I have a lot of fab work to do prior to having everything perfect. So I'll get the Targa bar mounted, roll bar, then I have to drill a vent in the front for fresh air intake. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Basically don't want to fuck up the finish doing fab work if I don't have to.

Yeah that's fair. Funt project, let me know when you plan to hit the trails!
Everything detached from firewall. Next up e-brake and fuel filler. Then I should be able to take off the body. God bless any of you that have to swap a heater core. Fucking worst thing ever.

A large wasp nest under the filler cap panel scared the fuck outta me briefly. Just have to cut this filler off and i'll be ready to lift body. The impact wrench on the body mount bolts knocked about 10lbs of rust off this thing. Yes i tried 3D printing a center cap.

Up next, new clutch going in, exhaust fixed up,oil leaks all patched up, I've decided to leave the lift kit and differential service until after the body is mounted. Rocker guards need to come off and sand blasted.

I'm so excited to see the final result.
I may as well order a new water pump and timing belt too.

So a lot of work needs to happen prior to the body being installed. I bought an Energy Suspension body mounting kitThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Clutch/flywheel, rear main seal, transmission input seal, rear trans seal, both differentials will get new seals, transfer case needs em too.
Water pump and front main seal along with a new timing belt while I'm in there.
Once all that shit is done I can mount the body and begin all that stuff. Color options are still up in the air https://calcraft.ca/wp-content/uploa...ur-Options.pdf
I'm thinking that dull naval grey type color I see on new dodges.

Took the afternoon off. Because why the fuck not.
Rate my clutch.
Tiny flywheel
Tranny oily. Prob from leaking distributor
Rear main seal still good but I’ll change.

Clutch looks like some life left.
Pressure plate looks like a bad standard driver using the vehicle.
Hot spots. Riding the clutch.
