I hope so, otherwise that's a 10 year finance term.

Yes it's a lease, 2 years. I live up in the Edmonton area but have 2 real good friends that both work for the Cam Clark group so I went out of the Red Deer location(1 works in Airdrie & 1 in Red Deer).

Pretty sure it's available at any dealer though but if anyone wants to use either of my buddies, I can pass on their info.

Edit: Roughly 10 week wait time for the truck to land.

Good price. This isn’t with the upfront payment I’m guessing.

    Is 247 with tax in?

$247 is tax in. The $1k down + $247 first payment due at delivery is not factored in however.

Thanks for the reply. I think a up front lump sum could drop this deal from the 2.99 to 1.2x like aleks mentioned earlier.

People are doing it on RFD.

Will save an additional ~2000 over the term.

Saving another 2k gets this into ridiculous awesome pricing. Everyone should do it.

Can Clark is the first dealer around here that actually advertising it. They definitely know what you want.

    https://www.camclarkfordairdrie.com/specials/

So, this should become mainstream next week and dealers should begin competing against each other. MOAR deals.

I missed the edit that @Aleks made a page ago.
Edit: apparently Ford is also allowing a single up front payment. If you do this the effective rate drops even further (2.99 to 1.35) such that you save another $2,000 roughly. So about $11,500 up front and you get to rent a nice new Lariat 502 F150 for 24 months.
So you're saying people are essentially paying out their lease upfront, with the 11.5k upfront and they are saving roughly 2k in doing so? It could make sense to pay it all out upfront, going to ask the question but unlikely I'd go that route.

@redblack yes that order sheet was from cam clark, it's not mine though.

I'm hoping more deals become available, nothing saying you can't get a better deal until you actually pick up the truck.

EDIT: Been reading through the thread on RFD and the numbers posted for a deal in ONT are quite a bit better. Going to push and see if there's more to get in Alberta or in the incentives province to province are different. See what the deal is anyways.
EDIT 2: The Ontario deal is 2k down, I thought I saw 1k the first time I saw it, that would make up the difference in the lower payments.

got word back they want just like the ad says. not going to type it out as it's exactly the same. 10-12 week lead time on the build. not sure i'm going for it yet, i miss having a truck and my mom could use my newer car so it's possible.

Going to try and leverage this to try and synergize.

Yeah I'm trying to see if I can get my X-Plan code to stack...the sales rep I got connected with through the website either doesn't seem to know what X-Plan is or doesn't want to acknowledge it's existence...

Should also add that one user on RFD said that they got their truck from Cam Clark in Airdrie, and that it came with the 3.73 rear end for the $249/bw. The Ontario deal has the 3.55 rear end.

Stacking is possible yep. This is a killer deal, wish I had joined mustang America club for the X plan. Screwed up.

@Darkane I thought you worked for one of the big O&G outfits(just assumed from the old careers thread or something), they all have the x plan / preferred pricing deals in place.

this is my stopping point too. I want the 3.5L with Hybrid options so I can get the 7.2 generator too. But I am not sure if they are making the hybrids yet as ever truck I have seen on dealer websites with the 3.5, doesn't have the hybrid options yet.
