Anyone wants to buy some boxes of the 12 gauge shotgun shells? A colleague buys them by the pallet every few seasons and I ended buying a few cases from him and never ended up using them this season. I will let go of 3 cases (10 boxes x 25 shells each) at the same price they cost me, which was $80 a case. I believe regular price is $9 per box so $90 per case. I will keep them for next season of trap shooting no problem but if someone here can put them to better use before I can then might as well. Plus I will have a case left over for me still. Prefer to sell them all to one person and plan to be in Calgary this weekend so will need to know beforehand if anyone is interested. They are Winchester I believe but I can double check.

Also, will consider trading them (+/- cash on top) with some sort of a handgun (no specific preference) or a shotgun.

Yeah they're doing a great job fucking it up. They already put out a second call for bids for a company to manage the buyback and nobody has stepped up because they know what a shitshow it will be with cost overruns and mismanagement.

Well, as tradition goes, @baygirl is giving me an early christmas present. Her gift is for me to go and get my PAL, both non and restricted licences. So yay for me!

With Covid going around, I am wondering how often these courses are still being offered? Does anyone know of any upcoming classes that have a good chance of happening or are these all on hold until the pandemic is over?

My buddy runs AFL, great guy and his prices can’t be beat! I send all my referrals to Delano.

Drop him a PM and he can answer any questions you may have. When it’s busy he runs courses near every weekend.

I know The Shooting Edge is still doing classes. Weekend and weekday classes are still going and they are full. Check there as well.

Courses are still being offered, licenses are still being processed and issued. Get it while you can. Calgary Shooting Center might have some course openings. And you don't have to do both in one weekend, you can do the NR one weekend and the R another weekend, and then submit both together.

I recently went and retook the course as i let mine expire. The guy i used does it out of his home in the SW and ensured each of us was socially distanced. For $125 for PAL and an additional $125 for RPAL, it was the best deal i found in town. I can PM details to anyone interested.
