What you really need to find is someone’s taxidermied dog for all the style points

Is there a big enough garage to fit your fleet?

Been thinking about that question, particularly when your lot is inner city on high $ real estate.

At what point do you just store some cars offsite?

Maybe maintain a double or triple max for the DD’s but rotate out the toys from storage.

    Jordan,

Only one way to solve this. We will need a photo of the garage.

    Stunning house, congrats!

If you could put a whole listing together actually that would be swell

I always wanted a small commercial bay in Manchester somewhere for storage/tinkering… it could double as a clubhouse and somewhere to crash after drinking beer in the area. They’re really not that expensive once you’re in that realm of house and car collection

I only have a double at my house but I previously built a 4 car at my rental which I don't rent out with the house.

It’s basically the who garage condo concept.

Except I think they are too far away, need someone to open one up in the industrial area off McLeod close enough to the $$$ real estate to make it work imo.

Thank or integrate a transport service.

Presumably there is cheaper real estate for car storage purposes than a residential lot? At least that’s the way I was thinking about it.

We all missed the boat, should had bought cheap when Greenview industrial was still run down, and then live in some cheap $75,000 condos across the street. (i.e. like where Citizen brewing is as a large garage condo land, and then live 2-3 blocks within the radius)

Tenants in the house pay the mortgage and then some (2 revenue streams, up/down suites), either I rent garage spaces for additional cash flow or I use the garage for personal storage at no additional cost to me (currently renting 3/4 of the garage and I use one spot).... It doesn't get much cheaper then that and it's 5 minutes from my primary residence.
