Default Over the ear headphones for 11 year old

Well black Friday is coming and Xmas as well, so I figured since the kid asked for some new headphones, I may as well ask here what you guys think.

He's a little guy with a little head, so I don't want to get anything that will be annoyingly falling off. I'm torn between BT and wired, im hoping these will last him quite a while.

Obviously don't want to break the bank, what do you guys recommend? Mostly for listening to music and possibly computer things at school.

You realize you are talking to the guy who made his own furniture out of salad bowls right?

Jabra move is on ear but not too expensive. Goes on sale once in a while.

Considering how many headphones my 11yo has gone through, don't spend a lot on them

i got the meeaudio matrix 2 OTE bluetooth headphones for myself and my son (13? at the time) a couple years ago based on the recommendation of an audiophile friend, i asked him for something around $100 for a gift (similar idea to this post), they seem pretty decent, they're comfy and sound fine (i am tonedeaf so dont take my word for it...), they've been fine for me but my son did break his a couple times by being too rough with them

It's not the size that matters, it's the taste it leaves in your mouth.

Thanks. They do seem to be able to adjust fairly small

Ya my kid is very good with his stuff, otherwise he has to buy it himself if he breaks it, thats the rule.

I have one that we have only used once. I can take a measurement tomorrow. It's a bit too small for me.

I found the opposite. I was buying my daughter the kids branded headphones with Disney characters printed on them or other things like that and she'd go through one or two sets a year. I wanted to get her a pair of wireless ones to use on the plane and got her a pair of Skullcandy. They have been great and still going strong 4 years later.

My older son has gone through a couple sets (he's just turning 13). I don't remember the exact brands but they're those glowing ones off Amazon for like $50. They tend to come loose, but my wife paid the $10 replacement fee or whatever on the last set and we've been able to get new sets with no hassle. Probably better than getting a fancy set that still might need replacing. But as far as quality, both my kids have sets now they don't have any issue with the sound quality (these also have the mics for online talking).

I bought these at the beginning of the year for myself and they are pretty awesome. I only used them a few times at my PC (kind of forgot about them with all this work from home crap). They are very comfortable and go down to a pretty small size, so might work. I have the original box and everything as well if you want em for $30. Can pack them as brand new as I always keep everything. Bought some Sony 1000MX4 just a few days ago so won't be needing these other ones. Originally bought for using at work, before being switched to perm work from home. Feel like I have too many headphones so rather have someone use them.
