Hey Car Guru's,
Buddy was driving around his neighborhood and spotted this car and wants it ID'd to get more info on it to possibly buy it. Might be a kit car but someone on here might know what kind of kit car. He thought it could be a Lotus Europa but no beuno

Looks like a 60’s Lotus Elite to me, older than the Europa those came in the 70’s I think.

Signal lights below the bumpers and a wraparound windshield are two very unique features for this thing plus the side scoops and the deep headlights. Can't find anything with a similar wraparound windshield.

A really bad mid 60s Ferrari 250 LM kit car built on top of a VW beetle. The modified air scoop is needed for the air cooled engine.
