Post Investing in cellular anti-aging technology - Moonshot bets

I'm not the most knowledgeable about this area of scientific research, but I have been hearing some buzz about various companies working ways to fight disease and combat aging at the cellular level. I keep hearing phrases like "reprogramming" or "rejuvenating" cells or "reverse the aging process". A lot of it sounds like total science fiction, and I'm sure that there's a lot of smoke and mirrors going on here. Any that are public and worth looking at as speculative investments?

Altos Labs, Vertex, CRISPR seem like they'd fall into this bucket, I'm sure there are others.
