Which Reynolds are you running that are a lot lighter than FLOs? I never thought FLOs were lightweights, but thought they were pretty decent at ~1700g for a 60mm rim.
Meh - I probably exaggerated. Maybe I just have a bias away from FLO....lol Just not a fan.

Reynolds 66 wheelset comes in under 1500g. I picked mine up for ~$1100. I also have a 81 rear in addition. They've been solid, but I do not enjoy the braking in the wet...
I've seen differing weights quoted online - I can throw mine on the scale again tonight to confirm though.

I also have a set of Giant PSLR-1s that are great all-rounders, under 1600g and have a aluminum brake track, and I run them tubeless.

You can usually find them quite cheap as people ditch them as 'factory take offs'. Picked my set up for just under $700.

If I was looking for an all-rounder today, I would probably shell out for the Shimano DA C50s. Good in all weather, decently aero, and reliable. If you're a fair weather guy...who cares about braking though. lol.

Believe they are allowed now (edit:as of 2017) - but weren't for years. My next build will likely be an aero disc build.
Already having a few sets of aero wheels (and several others) I'm not sure I'm ready to re-invest yet.

Trade in smelly old cycling shoes for a discount on a new pair with Shimano’s Earth Day initiative
Canada's first cycling footwear recycling program offers a 25 per cent discount in exchange for an old pair of bike shoes

With Earth Day around the corner, bike component and accessory manufacturer Shimano launched the new initiative to reduce waste. In collaboration with international recycling business TerraCycle, Canadian cyclists will be able to drop off old cycling shoes from any brand and receive a 25 per cent off discount on a brand new pair of Shimano shoes at 70 participating retailers across Canada.

Some pretty good deals on clothing. I’ll walk over at lunch.
Man those 45nrth boots I bought sure are cheap compared to what I paid. Haha poor planning buying winter boots during winter and not off season. Haha

That trek madone 9.5 di2 for $6k. Damn!

that Madone is actually not a bad deal. You can find one used for less than that, but not much less.
The Madone RSL is a bit more enticing though. Better frame, and just get Di2 kit + crankset for $1300 and you've still got $700 to spend on a better set of wheels.

That's a good discount from MSRP... [assuming the 2018 is around the same price as the 2019]
