    Today is a good day.

    Drop in assessed value by 16%!

    How did everyone else do?

    Average assessed value dropped 10k from 455 to 445 this year, so if your drop is more than 2%. You win.

    down 0.87% Guess I lose. Although nobody is getting lower taxes. Everyone is going up to some degree.

    Ok my assessment is now the exact purchase price from 2013 and about $20k more than expected sale price in spring.
