    Wow, RIP.
That must've been him on that bike. He was going pretty fast... Like a bat outta Hell.

Good actor, enjoyed him in Fight Club and Wayne's world. Lots of TV work too.

Black Dog was his standout film performance imo. Can’t forget Spice World.

This one hits hard. Big fan of the guy. RIP.

I never understood what anyone could find appealing in what he called music.

It’s not music. It’s an experience.

realistically i think thats awful rage lol, its like Fysh, don't get it, but people love that shit. but i like people screaming in my face so my opinion is pretty moot.

either way, even random people dying makes me sad, so RIP meatloaf.

To be fair I’m probably more of a fan of Jim Steinman, it just so happens that Meatloaf was doing the delivery, and doing it so well.

My ma-in-law was a big fan and me & her son used to get a huge kick out of telling her that Meatloaf didn't write those songs. Man, that pissed her off! Which of course just made us do it more often. And every time we did it, we'd act like it was the first time this news arrived.
    Those were good times.

I mean as a millennial i consider myself to like a lot of the classics compared to some of my peers but.. what the hell was that?

Was meatloaf always that bad of a singer? The first 5 minutes sounded like the SNL intro to me

He's not bad for an actor, but yes, singing is not his greatest skill.

He lost is voice pretty early on in his career. Was never the same after that, so yea, his live performances weren't great vocally. Lots of his live shows were played down half or a full key just so he can barely hit the notes.

That said, I posted that particular video because the girl he sings with is super hot lol.
