Just turned 41, no grey hair and most people think I'm barely 30 until I tell them how old my kids are. If anything, it's my kids make me feel more middle aged than anything else. I ran into an old friend the other day and we are the same age and damn the guy looks like he's over 50 but he's been through some tough times.
Is your old friend a smoker or was a long time smoker? It's been my experience that smokers age much more quickly than non-smokers.
    Will fuck off, again.

I'm about to turn 27 and I consider myself middle aged lol. I go to bed early, don't go out partying, keep track of my finances like a hawk and can't be assed to put up with people's stupidity.

Heh, I'm usually don't go to sleep until past midnight and am getting going around 5:30am the next morning - been like that for decades.

It's going to be interesting to hear y'all complaining when you hit the big 5-0..

Keep in relatively good shape if you can, my wife took up figure skating when she turned 40 and is much smaller now than when we got married. Myself, down a bit over 8% of my body weight in the last ten weeks - it's amazing what a slight job change will do.

And don't complain about feeling old because you'll just start believing it and living it.
    Will fuck off, again.

    36 next month.

With all the alcohol and drugs I have been consuming I am not sure I'll make it to middle age.

    Fit as fuck though.
I would've never guessed you were 31. But then I would've never guessed TomCo is chinese either

I'm turning 41 this year and I honestly feel it. Metabolism has slowed down and my tits are growing the wrong way. Not as big as Never's, but I'm sure he's on roids hahaha.

Yeah well I wonder how they get the soft flowing caramel inside the Caramilk bar but you don't see me making a god damn thread about it. Slap your wife Baygirl, straighten him out.

I don't kid myself, middle age is behind me. 50 is pretty small in the rear-view too.

Turning 44 this year. Getting farsighted and barely legal girls look like children to me now.

Maybe a defining factor could be when you need reading glasses or bifocals/progressives. Trifocals = old though. I got progressives at 40 and it was a great thing but now a decade and a half+ later my progressive number has gone up - at a 2 now.

Well considering I am supposed to wear glasses and from a young age because I am far sighted and things up close can take a bit to focus..

Maybe if you didn't need glasses in your twenties the bifocals are a good indication.

The alcohol and drugs are what keep us young!

28 and I don't consider myself anything. I'm sure cancer, heart disease or something else terrible will wipe me out instead of old age, why worry about the #?

turning 40 in 3 months - and feel like I'm getting younger. At 30 I was having trouble keeping up with my kids, battling depression and ~230lbs. Thought - dammit, I'm going to make them keep up with me.
Took up triathlon, lost nearly 60lbs and just completed 3 Ironmans. Dropped my car off for service today and skateboarded to work.
Worry free, and loving life. Feel way better than I did 10 years ago. Wife had a battle with cancer last year, and it sure put things in perspective. Just live life and have fun.

Turned 37 yesterday... Stopped drinking and cigarettes around 30, only smoke pot a few nights a week (just to relax a couple hours before bed at 11pm lol), just hikes Ha Ling Peak with my wife last month and wasn't gasping for air the entire time like the last time I hiked it when I was 27...so ya, i know I'm in better shape than 27, stamina wise anyways, I could have cancer for all I know *knock on wood*
