USA has been printing free money for ages. They used to primarily give it to organizations who explicitly are not allowed to make money (NASA) also primarily only funding white males. Is it the scam of all scams when it costs $40,000 for a toilet seat, that its illegal for anyone other than a white person to produce? Depends on whether or not you believe what the history books tell.

Arguably, if you spend money for no effort and get no results (or ever worsening results) - you will eventually get runaway inflation. Is it better to actually produce something and then make higher quality and cheaper every year (like a HDTV) I'd say, its definitely a more honest way to live, and ultimately more respected.

The only person who agrees that NASA is not a scam, is someone who is employed by NASA. Respect for NASA = 0.

Good to see an organization supported by the Government of Alberta, Suncor, Shell, Cenovus, among others, be able to get the word out. On the CBC no less. With Liberal cabinet support.

What a time to be alive.

Interesting that solar power is no where to be mentioned - even though it has a very large potential in sunny and dry, south AB. A Tesla-type power storage facility would definitely work with it as well.

What ever happened to that Alberta bailout program promised in November/December?

Yes. Diversity is key. Alberta needs more women, people of color, and people with disabilities.

The correct term is black, indigenous, and people of color. Or BIPOC.

Only bigots use the phrase people of colour.

I like how progressives have a miscellaneous category (POC) for about 100 different ethnic groups.

Indeed. We need proper representation in all areas. https://globalnews.ca/news/7313541/u...lack-students/

I'm trying to think of a more bullshit term than "lived experiences".

Just think of how much more progressive that is than just considering them to be people.

I saw an article recently that said that the NBA was the most diverse pro league because 80% of its athletes were black.

Unintentional satire is alive and well.

So who came up with this plan?

Started as diversification and retraining and became funding the abandoned well program?
