    Default GT28RS or T3/T4?

    For a new turbo, should I get a GT28RS turbo + manifold or a T3/T4 turbo + manifold?

I hear excellent things about the GT28RS, I believe its dual ball bearinge'd too, i could be wrong but that is a nice bonus.

Yea I've heard good things about both turbos.

I want it to support about 350whp in the end, and have decent spool up (full boost before 3750).

gt28rs would be your best bet for that kind of power targets and very fast spoolup.

Would a T3/T4 be less expensive?

im gonna be getting the gt2871R... ur prolly better off wit the gt28, not to big and not too small, spools up alot quicker then the T3/T4, and besides youll have less turbo lag with the gt.. unless u dont mind it

for 350 hp i would go for the GT cause thats the same goal i have.. to eventually get my car to 350 hp

    NA SUCKS...... TURBO BLOWS

I've learned my lesson, make sure its just a Garrett. After my experience with my HKS GRTS going bad in under a year the company just bugs me. Personally if i were you....

Full-race Top mount manifold and a nice T04E and be done with it. you'll get good spool by low 4,000 rpm range and they'll make 350 to 400 with ease. That is the route i've chosen.

GT28RS are $1100 or so USD of eBay; $1500 CDN from Autodream. Only prices I've found so far.

Cheapturbo.com always has some of the best prices. I bought my T04E from them...
