    Default Cant Eat, Cant Sleep, Kill me now

    Like the title says:

    Recently for the past month I've noticed that I am never hungry or never have an appitite. I've also had a lot of problems falling asleep.

    A little about my siutation, I'm in good shape and work out religously (sp?), I don't have any problems or stress really or anything like that to be causing the problem that I can think of. There havent really been any big changes in my life or anything like that either. Up until recently I was always hungry throughout the day no matter how much I ate, and now I cannot eat unless I force myself to. It doesnt matter if its first thing in the morning or 3:00 PM and I still havent eaten, its the same thing. Its the same thing with sleeping as well, I used to pass out as soon as I hit the bed and would sleep solidly throughout the night. Now Im lucky if I can even fall alseep and if I can, I wake up and toss and turn all throughout the night.

    Any tips or Ideas? I dont know how much longer I can handle this and keep showing up for class on time.

    what is on your mind, even the smallest things can bother you, are you worried about something? Didn't you get sued for 100gs?

    you need a new bed, and some sleeping pills.... as for eating....

    Its because your body is adapting to a scheduale, you can't sleep because you get to much sleep and feel restless, eating habits, force yourself to eat even if your not hungry. I went through the same thing. Smoke a little dope and you will fall asleep like a bady, i have to say works better then any sleeping pill :P.
    Your body is adapting to a daily life style habits, and if you want to change them, then do it. But also with the lack of sleep, it will throw your eating habits out of proportion, even though you may be tired your not gonna be hungry because your body is telling you otherwise..make sense?? So go smoke some dope or something and get a couple nights of good rest, even during the weekend go get hammerd and get a good 12 hours of sleep. And your going to want to have a sleep habit. I know i can work all day...a 14 hour shift, and be tired out of my mind and still can't fall asleep. I usually will lay there till about 1-2 before i get to sleep. Its all about your habits, set something and it will change before your eyes.

    Haha Im not in love, I doubt having something on your mind would prevent me from falling asleep til 7 AM when I started trying to sleep at 1 AM. This problem has been ongoing before I found out I was getting sued. I have a really comfortable bed, the sleeping conditions arent the problem. Its really weird, i've never had a problem like this before.

    Pills would be a last resort as I know a few ppl who got reliant on sleeping pills and couldnt sleep without them now.

    Its funny that you mentioned smoking dope, that would be the first thing i would reccomend to someone else in my shoes. But I've been smoking weed for years so I doubt that would help or that would be causing the problem.

    I drink coffee regularily and it has never really interfered. I used to have coffee before sleeping sometimes. I did think that could be a factor though, so I did cut caffeine and anything else I could think of that could be a factor with no luck.

    and also if you work out "religiously".. you should find a solution to this problem since your not eating enough, you don't wanna lose hard earned muscle...

    Think of what changed a month ago, even the stupidest little detail. Something like switching your laundry detergent can affect how you well you sleep.

    What time do you work out at? And what time do you try and sleep at? If they are too close together, that would be a major contributor to your problem.

    I usually work out in the mornings so i dont think thats the problem. The biggest thing im worrying about is losing mass right now because its pretty hard to force myself to eat right now to the level I should be.

    And I already blaze so I dont know why everyones voting for me to smoke weed.

    If your sleepy but can't goto sleep, drink a glass of milk then try and goto bed, seems stupid but it works. Same with hot coco made with milk not water.

    For the eating problem, 1000iu's of injectable B12 per day would do you good. No it won't work orally, sorry

    Maybe blazing somethinfg real strong like a triple A or hashish. i don't get tired from blazing average stuff but the primo does it. Just a thought.
