Like the title says:
Recently for the past month I've noticed that I am never hungry or never have an appitite. I've also had a lot of problems falling asleep.
A little about my siutation, I'm in good shape and work out religously (sp?), I don't have any problems or stress really or anything like that to be causing the problem that I can think of. There havent really been any big changes in my life or anything like that either. Up until recently I was always hungry throughout the day no matter how much I ate, and now I cannot eat unless I force myself to. It doesnt matter if its first thing in the morning or 3:00 PM and I still havent eaten, its the same thing. Its the same thing with sleeping as well, I used to pass out as soon as I hit the bed and would sleep solidly throughout the night. Now Im lucky if I can even fall alseep and if I can, I wake up and toss and turn all throughout the night.
Any tips or Ideas? I dont know how much longer I can handle this and keep showing up for class on time.
